Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Costs
UK Mainland Delivery Options:
• Standard Delivery: £4.99 (FREE on orders over £30)
• Express Delivery: £5.99

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free delivery may apply to selected European orders over £60.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery Times & Responsibility
Deliveries are made by our chosen courier between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Casa Bella Sorella Boutique Ltd remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered.

In the event of a lost parcel, replacements will be issued for the original items ordered unless stated otherwise. 

Delivery Addresses
We are happy to deliver to alternative addresses such as workplaces.
Please ensure all address details are entered correctly at checkout, including company names where applicable.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place
• Leave it with a neighbour
• Provide instructions for redelivery or collection

Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available on most UK postcodes.
Orders must be placed before 2PM for next working day dispatch.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, or over weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

While Next Day Delivery aims to arrive the following working day, this service is not guaranteed on weekends or bank holidays and may be subject to courier delays.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays caused by couriers are outside of our control.
